Shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched on a weekly basis (often at the end of the week), provided that your payment has arrived on our account at least 48 hours before.
We generally use the French postal service and the delivery times are those indicated on their website. For shipments outside France, Monaco and Andorra, you can choose the “Livres & Brochure" economy service. The Post Office does not give any guarantee concerning this method of shipment in terms of delivery times. It is not possible to track the shipment and there is no signature required for delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the arrival of your package. It is also not possible to offer you the return option, unless it is done within 10 days after the shipment. You always have the possibility to choose a safer and faster, but much more expensive, shipment.
For France, Monaco and Andorra, shipments are made by Colissimo or similar service.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packaging costs as well as the postage costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the package, in its original packaging, and unopened cellophane.
